Location, cleanliness, air‑conditioning, room service, and a comfortable bed. The shower cabin door didn’t close properly, but that’s a minor detail.

Everything was very clean and full of thoughtful details and services. The only issue was that the slats on one of the bunk beds squeaked when you moved, which was a minor annoyance given how satisfied we were overall.

The staff were incredibly attentive, and I loved the personal-use items they provided. The place sits right in the city center, making it easy to get around. We were assigned a 4‑person room that was amazing, and I’d definitely stay again.

The treatment and the comfort of the room, it has everything. It has a lot of things, like a folding table to eat what you heat.

I arrived very late at night, but the team was very accommodating. A staff member was still awake to greet me. The room was spotless and came with a kettle and microwave. I’d recommend this place.
