The location was very good, breakfast was very hearty. The hosts were not very pleasant, there was tension with the staff, and the owners’ dogs were loose in the courtyard, barking at us when we arrived and even at night for any noise.
The pousada’s infrastructure is gorgeous, rooms are great, breakfast solid, and the location is spot on. I love the staff, but the vibe between the owner and the team feels a bit tense and not relaxed.

The room was nice, but the service was disorganized. Breakfast was delayed by about an hour with no clear explanation, and the management never showed up when problems arose. There was a tense atmosphere among staff, with visible insecurity and discomfort. I even heard shouting directed at the staff, and a dissatisfied guest was told by the owner that “the Boutique Hotel isn’t a Fasano,” which was totally inappropriate.
The hotel feels like a little paradise. The rooms are cozy and the breakfast is amazing. It’s right next to several beautiful beaches. The staff are exceptionally kind and always ready to help. I hope to return soon!
