“Horrendous very disappointed”

Nothing was good; it felt like a false advertisement. The door lock was broken, and when we asked the front desk to clean the bathroom because someone’s urine was in the toilet, the staff handed my husband a bottle of bleach and a scrubber. The place was infested with roaches, unsafe with no lock on the door, and homeless people were roaming the hallway. Breakfast was awkward because a staff member had to curse at the homeless and assumed I was one of them. Everything had burn holes, was absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and unsanitary.

Breakfast was okay, but the room was missing shampoo and the toilet seat was cracked, and the hallway had a constant smell of someone smoking weed.

The staff were great, but the room was overrun with cock roaches, so we had to change our room.
