The location was good and the apartments were renovated, but the interior still needs work. Breakfast on Wednesday was already tired, and overall the food could have been better. The price of pastries outside of the half-board isn’t clear and is quite surprising; after each meal you should at least glance at the bill and not be shocked at the end of your stay. The indoor pool was cold.

The apartment equipment is new and everything is clean, but we waited quite a while for someone to come to the reception, and there’s no bell to call staff. I was surprised that even with a reservation for a child and a crib, it wasn’t ready, and we were told we were lucky to arrive early because they still had one left. That crib was quickly prepared for us. Breakfast ran from 8–10; when we arrived before 9, everything was fairly limited and we had to wait a lot for refills. Overall, we waited for a richer breakfast.

“Traditional and clean mountain Czech experience.”

I stayed in a clean, spacious 2‑bedroom apartment with a good hotel level. The restaurant served excellent traditional Czech food and the wine recommendations were outstanding. The kids’ area and wellness facilities were available, and the location was amazing with friendly staff. The indoor kids’ area had many broken toys, but the children still enjoyed it. The outdoor wooden structure was a bit dangerous, yet the sand pit and swing worked fine.

“Prostorný apartmán s výhledem”

Prostorný a čistý apartmán s krásným výhledem, možnost parkování u hotelu zdarma, dobré snídaně, skvělá výchozí poloha pro výlety. Nedostatečně vybavená kuchyň v apartmánu (málo hrnků, chybí hluboké talíře, kuchyňské nože, škrabka na brambory, skleničky na víno.). Hračky v herničce starší a špinavější, venkovní hřiště ve špatném stavu (strouchnivělá a chybějící prkna), voda ve vnitřním bazénu velmi studená
