If you’re after a break from the city buzz, this place is solid. It’s close to the airport and you can hop on a bus to the centre in about half an hour. Supermarkets and the bus stop are right next door. The downside? The stairs to the third floor are pretty steep, so it’s tough for anyone with mobility issues.

Everything went smoothly—room was spacious and bright, and you can order breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the hotel café. Supermarkets are nearby, and if you’re traveling for medical reasons, the big hospital just a short walk away is a big plus. The staff are friendly, the place feels clean and cozy, and it’s all within walking distance.

We were in Yerevan for health reasons, and this hotel’s 200‑meter proximity to the hospital was a huge help. The windows offer a lovely view, and there are cafés and supermarkets right around the corner. Everything is within a short walk, and the staff are welcoming. The on‑site café is great for breakfast or a quick bite. Highly recommend.

The hotel sent us a cancellation notice in Russian just an hour and a half before our scheduled check‑in.
