A great little local guesthouse, very charming and authentic, with lovely staff and a superb location in a hilltop village.

“Piacevole tappa lungo "la Parenzana"”

The staff availability and the location relative to the "Parenzana" are excellent, and the room is right next to a good restaurant, making it very convenient.

“Ok apartman, nebi ponovio.”

The climate control worked, and the bathroom was a decent size. The apartment was neither the cleanest nor the most well-maintained; it looked like a business space split into two parts, creating two separate apartments. In the middle of the night, someone from staff knocked on our door, trying to enter the room. I assume they made a mistake in the reservations and gave us someone else's room. There is parking nearby, but when we arrived everything was full, so the fact that parking is around does not mean you can actually park. However, they allowed us to park at a spot for electric car charging.

“Sehr schöne Unterkunft in idealer Lage”

We really liked the room. The bathroom is large and offers plenty of space to hang or store items. The location is ideal. We ate excellently at the nearby restaurant. No one told us before arrival how the check‑in worked. When we waited at the door at the announced time, we had to contact the landlord to learn that we should go to the wine shop next door. The faucet in the shower needs to be replaced.
