The food was very tasty and I was satisfied with the staff’s service and personality. Looking ahead: 1‑ In the room the clock was wrong and the toothbrush was missing from the amenity bag; a better bed would have been nice. 2‑ In the open bath the clock was stopped, the toilet washlet was broken. I heard it opens at 6:00 am, but the curtain was still up until after 8:00.

The food was good. The staff were too few, so cleaning was not thorough. Despite the good price, the service was lacking and the value for money was off.

The view was gorgeous, especially when the whole area was covered in snow, and there was nothing to complain about.
