Vitalclass Lanzarote Resort

“Das Ressort/Suiten sind in Ordnung, beim Essen ist noch Luft nach oben.”

The resort is about a 15‑minute walk to the beach, which we already knew. The food could use improvement (max 2 stars). The suites are spacious and fine. Dinner’s presentation and variety earned only 2 stars.

“bien pero no para un resort 4 estrellas”

Everyone on the staff—reception, kitchen, waiters—was very courteous, friendly, and proactive. The hotel’s facilities were in poor condition: fallen wall pieces where my room was, loose baseboards, visibly dirty sofa upholstery, many broken items. I didn’t like the buffet food quality either; the staff were kind, but the buffet didn’t feel 4‑star—desserts were overly sweet and bland, meals were too greasy and processed, the pasta options were the same two bland varieties each day, sauces were bad, and the juices at breakfast were poor. The bread quality was the only thing that pleased me. In the Canary Islands, 4‑star hotels usually show care in detail and maintenance, which I didn’t see here. I’d give the staff 5 stars for their charm.

The pool and breakfast were great, but there were no elevators.

The staff were truly welcoming and friendly! My partner and I were very happy to have stayed at this hotel.
