The staff who welcomed me in the afternoon were very friendly, but when I handed over the room, the attendant who was there walked into the room and made me feel very uncomfortable, saying she had to check something and smelled like the clothes were still on.

Everything was great except for the noise; you can hear the reception chatter right into your room.
