“Overpriced not value compared to many others i have stayed in.”

The room we booked wasn’t cleaned upon arrival, so we were offered another room. The room we were given had a wet floor because the fridge leaked, and when we asked for help they asked if we had spilled something. That response was not good. We were unhappy in January. The kitchen was very dirty and not well equipped for cooking, not as advertised. The kettle and toaster were in the room with the fridge, but no plates or bowls were provided for that service. No coffee, no tea, no sugar. Also no soap or shampoo was included for the high price. Not good value for travelers in this area.

“极差的住宿体验”

There really isn’t anything that pleased us. The hotel is old and the facilities are worn out; the chairs are peeling, the walls are damp and seem long overdue for repair, and there are many small holes in the walls. The rooms lack private bathrooms, which is very inconvenient, and the worst part was that at 7:30 am the staff opened our door while we were still in bed – extremely rude and disappointing, and the staff’s attitude was simply unacceptable.
