The air conditioning worked well. The accommodation was quite poor: the studio was shared with five other units, the microwave was broken, the fridge was dirty, and the cabinet with pots and sink was also dirty.

Quiet spot and the host was easy to reach, but the suite was dirty, the coffee maker had a moldy filter, the bathroom sink’s drain was poorly installed and gave off a smell, and I couldn’t turn on the TV because the remote had no batteries.

The apartment had a full kitchen and a great room, absolutely wonderful.

The AC was good, the place was clean, parking was convenient, and the owner was responsive. However, the parking spot is a straight lane so you have to move if someone parks in front or behind you; the bed advertised as queen turned out to be a double; one pillow had plastic inside so I couldn’t use it; the room we got was older and not as polished as the photos, and the blackout curtains let in a lot of light through the frosted glass, especially in the bathroom that has no curtain.
