The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the chalets are new and very clean, the children's play area is amazing, and the food is excellent. The price is high, but the quality of services—especially the children's play zone—shows the huge investment made in this property; the bedding is high quality and not questionable like in many places, it smells fresh. So yes, it remains expensive but it is well justified.

Nice spot, a complete little house. It feels very commercial. Everything is designed for minimum input, maximum output. It doesn’t feel hospitable, welcoming, or caring.

The cabin was cozy and the staff friendly, but the front‑desk worker had to juggle the restaurant and terrace duties, and then he got a call about a park issue that forced the restaurant and reception to shut down.

The place looked beautiful, the welcome and services were warm, and the outdoor activities were easy to reach, but getting into the entrance required a code.
