Located on the top floor, Suites Roma Tiburtina sits a four‑minute walk from Tiburtina Train and Metro stations, offering modern rooms with private balconies, free Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning, flat‑screen TVs and en‑suite bathrooms with hairdryers. Suites feature expansive terraces with hot tubs. A varied breakfast buffet is served in the dining room or delivered to rooms. Easy metro access reaches Termini and the historic centre, including the Colosseum, within ten minutes.

The room is small but cozy, with daily housekeeping and clean linens; the Jacuzzi isn’t a real one but it lets you have a hot bath with clean water each time. The room isn’t insulated, so you’re almost living next to the neighbors, with a front door that doesn’t block noise or light. The neighborhood is lively, so you’ll find what you need, but it’s still a bit far from tourist spots, even though Tiburtina station is only 5 minutes on foot.

The place was clean, but the room was noisy, not soundproofed, the mattress uncomfortable, and the value for money was poor.
