They said they'd refund me for the last night, but I still haven't received anything and they won't respond to my attempts to contact them.

The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable; the staff were welcoming and friendly, taking good care of me, and the breakfast was tasty; the bar had live music that was enjoyable.

The hotel was clean, the service was good, and the staff were friendly, but it’s not a family‑friendly place.

It was okay overall, but the room was dirty and overbooked, the minibar was messed up, there was no hot water in the shower, no Wi‑Fi, and the place was really bad; they promised a lot but delivered nothing, and the economy section is very low quality.
