I was met with rude behavior from the reception boy, nothing else worth mentioning.

The staff were kind and professional, and there were no negatives.

The first room’s toilet was broken, so we were moved to another room whose bathroom was flooded and I slipped in it; when we mentioned it, the staff reacted with an attitude as if we had done something wrong, showing that customer service really matters.

I’m a regular customer here. I made an online reservation yesterday, but when I arrived, the waiter was very rude and even raised his voice at me. This will be my last visit because of the terrible service. Note: this happened on Tuesday, 09/01/2026, around 6:00 p.m. I will not be back.
