Fairfield Inn & Suites – Buffalo Airport

Check‑in was quick and the location is convenient for an early morning flight from the airport.

“Overall I am disappointed as it was too costly and not given what it was offered”

I was promised transportation to the airport, but it was never provided. Traveling with my elderly parents, I needed to catch an early flight to DFW, yet the staff were unhelpful and ignored my request, which was disappointing since the service was advertised on the website when I booked.

The building was fine, the room was spacious and well organized. The only downside was the breakfast schedule: at exactly 9 o’clock, despite guests still arriving, the waiters cleared the table and took everything away. I understand that a set time should be respected, but a bit of tolerance would help; there were also two children, which made the scene very annoying.

“Disappointed”

The price was too high for the facilities and services offered; the breakfast was horrible and the hallways looked shabby.

It’s a clean place close to the airport, and its biggest advantage is its accessibility to the airport and the shuttle service, but the staff quality is low.
