The location is good. The reception was cold; we wondered if a smile had a price tag, which contradicted our earlier experiences. The room's cleanliness was lacking. We had to negotiate hard and secured a room change. The breakfast quality fell far short of what the photos suggest.

Everything was great, but I'd give 8.5/10 if not for the window view being maybe smaller; some walls could use a paint job, otherwise all good.
