The hotel sits near the night market on a busy street lined with many restaurants and convenience stores, and you can walk 600 m to Xuan Huong Lake. It offers private motorbike parking, and cars or motorbikes can also be parked in front of the hotel. The first‑floor elevator door moves slowly, and the toilet lacks an exhaust fan.

Staff were very friendly, enthusiastic, and cheerful. The hotel was spotless, had good soundproofing, was quiet, and its location was convenient.

The rooms are spacious and fairly airy (depending on the room), located right in the center, and the staff at the front desk are very attentive and supportive. The soundproofing is poor, and some rooms have a moldy odor.
