I messaged the host to let them know I’d be arriving late, but when I called to say I was near the property, they replied that there was no sign bearing the name of the accommodation. I’m asking that future listings ensure there’s a visible sign outside, clearly stating the establishment’s name. I arrived late at night in an unfamiliar, popular neighbourhood and had to search for the place without any way to identify it. This can be dangerous, not only for me but for anyone else arriving at night in an unknown area who has to find a lodging without a sign to recognise it. Thank you for taking this seriously so that other guests don’t face the same issue.
