“Muy bien descanso”
It’s comfortable, with privacy and the staff were kind, especially at reception. The bed was a bit small and we didn’t have a coffee maker in the room, but otherwise everything else I liked about the valley.
“Pésimo”
There are no amenities, no iron, the place is dirty, smells bad, and the glassware in the restaurant is in poor condition.
Everything was great; the staff were very kind and the rooms were comfortable, we felt very at ease, and right now there is nothing I didn't like.
The staff were friendly, but the waiters seemed to be playing a game with each other and the service felt lacking, even though the food itself was good.
