Genoa Waterfront Room

“Muy bien!”

The room is clean and comfortable, the facilities modern, the bed very cosy, and the bathroom tidy and well organised; it’s about 20 minutes on foot from the centre, with plenty of cafés and supermarkets nearby, and the sea is very close. The staff are very friendly. The only downside is that the bathroom is outside the room but there is a key to lock it.

The apartment is cosy and well‑located; Sara is a very polite housekeeper who gave us useful tips and was always available. The room is spacious, I liked the many books, and the bathroom is fully equipped. The only issue is that the room door squeaked.

“Would stay again 10/10”

The location is fabulous and Sara, the host, is great to deal with; nothing else to note.

“Ottimo weekend!”

The central spot is quiet and close to all the essential services, and the mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable. It’s a good base for exploring Genoa and its wonders, though having a minibar in each room instead of just a shared one would make the stay even more pleasant.

“Absolutely Amazing!”

The hosts were fantastic, the room was great, and the facilities were superb. Everything stayed spotless, and the little touches—like the thoughtful amenities—made a big difference. The hosts went above and beyond, supplying a portable AC when we asked for a fan, and even helped us book a taxi to the airport despite us not having an Italian number. The location is perfect; the AMT bus 20 is only a 4‑minute walk away. We dined at pizza at La Sogala, steak and carbonara with panna cotta at Pampino, and had breakfast at Le Fornarine Bakery Caffè—all just below the accommodation. Convenience stores are also nearby.
