Simply fantastic. The property is surrounded by greenery with a nice pool for days when you don’t want to go to the beach. Typical Tuscan farmhouse décor, well‑crafted in detail. The owners are extremely kind and available for any request. An experience we will definitely repeat.

“Delusi”

The location was great, but the furnishings were ultra minimalist and not ergonomic, all designed to save money. The double bed was actually two single beds.

The place had a fantastic location, peace, and outdoor amenities like a pool, barbecue, ping‑pong, and parking. Host Marco was very friendly and helpful. However, there was no Wi‑Fi signal, the shower curtain was flimsy, and the furniture and windows were poorly maintained.

Being close to Torre Mozza Beach was a real plus; we could drive 2 m to the shore, but walking was risky because the old Aurelia road has no sidewalks. That’s a real shame. Everything else was fine.
