“Não tivemos como aproveitar a estadia devido ao ocorrido! Ficamos insatisfeitos e não sei se retornamos!”

Somente a localização!. Foi passado informação errada, chegamos às 22:00 do dia inicial e foi passado prazo de estádia até o domingo pela manhã às 8:00hrs pra compensar o horário visto que demos entrada mais tarde, fomos acordados no sábado às 10:00h perguntando se iriam sair ou renovar, só que não foi esse o prazo inicial, com uma criança de 2 anos e uma bebê tivemos que deixar o local no susto por erro deles! Não ficando satisfeitos, não se importaram se o cliente estava satisfeito ou não, faltou empatia

I only liked the two women who work there, they were very friendly. That's all! First, it's not a guesthouse, it's actually a support house where they rent rooms. When I booked the rate, the photos I saw were completely different from the facilities where I stayed. I have several bad reasons to mention here: shared bathroom, uncomfortable bed, a lot of noise from street movements, and other defects. My experience, aside from the girls' friendliness, was horrible 😔💔 I won't return or recommend. One note: it would be good if they specified on the app what the real facilities are, so people aren't misled like I was.

Everything they claim is false, the place feels off, and they even charge for using the bathroom; it would have been better to sleep in a Uno suitcase.
