The surrounding forest was beautiful, and the service was exceptional; the gentleman who attended us was very kind. The bed felt a bit hard.

I arrived to find no staff except the security guard who also handled reception duties; he was friendly and helpful, but it was clear that greeting guests isn’t his main role. When I returned to my room after a few hours away, a spare key copy was left on the door, leaving my belongings exposed to theft.
