Sharah Mountains Hotel

The hotel is a good city hotel. Within walking distance are various shops (non‑alcoholic) and restaurants. The breakfasts are good and varied. The staff are friendly. The room is large, spacious, and clean. The toilet seat was broken.

The hotel is excellent and the staff are excellent and helpful.

The room was good, the bed was comfortable, it was clean, and it was only a 4‑minute drive to Petra. We stayed out of season, there were few tourists, and we were the only guests in the hotel, so there was no buffet; instead, we were simply served breakfast.

“Un air de famille au loin!”

The front desk was welcoming, the staff were always available, and every small touch made life pleasant, thanks to Mahmoud, the owner, who organized our day trip to Wadi Rum. The downtown area is close enough to feel lively. The only drawback is the lack of easy access to the bathroom and possibly showers for people with mobility issues.
