“Very pleasant. Would stay there again”
The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast, which was included, was delicious with a huge buffet. The hotel is near the main plaza and a bus line. The stay includes a free bus pass to go everywhere in the area. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There is free parking, which I didn’t use. The bathroom and shower had good pressure and hot water. The sink water was drinkable. The staff were amazing and helpful, bringing our luggage up and down. The lobby toilets were clean. The beds were comfortable. The Wi‑Fi was very good. No English subtitles on the TV; I had to use Netflix on my phone and couldn’t transfer it to the hotel TV. The carpet was old. There were many steps to reach the second floor, so I wouldn’t have managed my luggage without help. There was no refrigerator in the room.
