The staff were very helpful, and the location is also quite convenient.
The hotel sits right next to the old basilica and the walkway to the sanctuary, which was super convenient. Junior, the staff member, was especially friendly—he let us check out early and even delayed our departure. The parking is close by, which made everything hassle‑free.
“falta somente estacionamento no local”
The staff were very polite and helpful, but the price was a bit steep.
“Recomendo hospedagem no Hotel Carmelita”
The service was top‑notch, and the room itself was a delight—spacious bathroom, comfy bed, and every detail looked after. The hotel’s upkeep was impressive, making the stay feel polished and welcoming.
The spot is fantastic, the whole place feels brand new, and the staff are all smiles.
