The location is fantastic, but the lack of an elevator is a problem; the staff gave me a room on the first floor and that was great.

The receptionists, kitchen staff, dining room attendants, and cleaning lady are all very pleasant and deserve a raise; the room was nice and the breakfast delicious. The only downside is that parking is extra and not very convenient.

The staff are very friendly, the breakfast tasty, and the overall culture of the workers is impressive. The nearby casino makes the area noisy and the guests’ conversations are often loud and rude, which makes entering the hotel uncomfortable.
