The staff were very courteous and always went the extra mile, we received codes for late arrivals and they even kept our luggage after check‑out, which was very welcoming. However, the Wi‑Fi on the upper floor was poor in the late afternoon while the ground floor was fine; a stronger signal would be appreciated.

The room was quite spacious but very, very messy. They never cleaned the room or replaced the towels even though they had been left on the floor; in short, the room cleaning was not done at all.

The accommodation was in a great spot, a short walk from all public transport and within walking distance to the city centre and Sagrada Familia. The reception area and corridors were lovely, and we could store our luggage in a locked space after checking out. The room had no window and felt slightly stuffy even with the air‑conditioning on; late at night someone kept knocking on the corridor doors, which was very disruptive. The hotel was fine for a short stay, but probably not for a longer visit.

There was an elevator and the room was fairly large, leaving plenty of room for two 26‑inch suitcases; the staff were very nice. The Wi‑Fi signal was terrible, even a few doors away you couldn’t connect, making it hard to use the internet from the room.

The beds were comfortable, but the room had no window, making it completely dark.
