“Enjoyed Colorado !”

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's proximity to the Air Force Academy, which made it an ideal location for our visit. However, the breakfast options were a letdown, with a poor selection of food to choose from.

We were impressed with the hotel's convenient location, which allowed us to easily explore both the north and south sides of Colorado Springs. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of hot options that changed daily. However, we would have appreciated more fresh fruit options at breakfast.

I was really disappointed with my stay due to the lack of soundproofing in the hotel. Every noise from the neighboring rooms was incredibly loud and made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. Despite this, the hotel itself seemed to be well-maintained and the staff was friendly. However, the noise issue was a major problem for me.

The hotel's excellent location on the north side of Colorado Springs was a major draw for us, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The suite we stayed in had a fully equipped kitchen, which was a great bonus, and the room was clean, which was a top priority for us. However, the walls were ridiculously thin, and we could hear the person snoring in the next suite, which made it difficult to sleep.

“Excellent & polite staff”

The hotel's staff was excellent, and the breakfast was decent, but our stay was marred by several issues. We had to wait a long time for someone to check us in after hours, and we found a butter knife in the shower, which was unhygienic. The air conditioning unit was also turned on in our room on the third day of our stay, which was unexpected. To top it all off, the hotel was overpriced, and the queen suite setup became cramped and posed a safety hazard when the pullout sofa bed was in use.
