The location was good, and although the breakfast area was crowded, the staff were very diligent and helpful.

The location is nice, but the exterior is under construction with scaffolding, which looks ugly; otherwise, there are no real problems.

I had to book a room at the last minute, and I couldn't find any restaurants nearby, which was a bit disappointing, but the hotel itself was good. The staff were friendly, but they didn't give detailed information about places to enjoy dinner around, which was a let‑down.

The location was excellent, close to Akita Station and Senju Park, the service was spot‑on, the breakfast leaned toward Japanese cuisine, and the room looked freshly renovated.
