“All in all it was pretty good, but cleanliness could be improved significantly.”

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly, the room was spacious and nicely decorated, the hot tub was fun, and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was also nice and quite spacious, and the entrance area was very nice. However, the room’s cleanliness was a bit lacking, with dust gathered on the ceiling fan and bedhead. The balcony was full of dead bugs that seemed to have been there for a long time. Some of the provided shampoo and shower gel bottles were only half‑full, indicating they had been used by previous guests. The bed sheet also had an old stain on it.

The staff were lovely and eager to help with everything we asked for, and the hotel’s décor was nice; the room was clean, had all the expected amenities, and a fireplace that we enjoyed. Breakfast was modest but had a decent variety and everything tasted good. Overall we were very happy with our choice of accommodation and would stay again. The only downside was that the room wasn’t fully soundproofed, so we could hear other guests in the morning.
