Location and staff attention were good, and everything else was excellent.

“Affordable spacious option - perfect for budget traveller”

The hotel was cheaper than other options; the room and bathroom were spacious, the bed and linens were clean, making it a solid budget choice. It was a bit far from Barrio Antiguo, though taxis were cheap. Bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired: many individual hairs on the floor, not a few clumps, so the standard should be higher, but given the price I wasn’t too upset. The area around the hotel wasn’t particularly interesting.

The whole hotel was neglected: no water pressure, cold water, very old mattresses, and a door without a lock. I didn’t like it; it wasn’t comfortable, attractive, or secure.

“Que bonito es San Luis Potosi”

The place is old and uncomfortable; the mattresses are useless, there's no water pressure, the water is cold, and the neighborhood feels dangerous. The photos don’t match reality and it leaves a lot to be desired.
