“Consigliato. Ma attenzione alla prenotazione”

Very welcoming and the atmosphere is truly magical in the evening when the warm lights turn on in the garden below the rooms, where we could dine and the next day grab a beer comfortably seated on sofas spread across the various gazebos. The only flaw was the mosquitoes, but the staff gave us a bottle of Autan and the situation improved. The dinner was excellent, especially the meat specialties with some top international cuts. When I arrived they asked me for an extra 30€ on top of the 80€ that were in the reservation. Booking had issued a reservation for one person even though I had selected two. The next day, patiently, I went through the booking process again with a staff member who confirmed the bug on Booking. No refund was given, blaming the booking tool. I personally think the responsibility is double: booking definitely, but the hotel should also know at what price it sells its rooms on Booking. That price, by the way, matches the ones displayed (85€) in the room. A small stylistic slip that left a mark on the overall experience.

The location is very elegant. Because the restaurant is underneath, it’s a bit noisy.

I was disappointed because the room wasn’t clean; there were long black hairs on the toilet and when I unfolded the towels. The breakfast was also underwhelming, a bit miserable. I’m really sorry because the property is truly beautiful and the staff is genuinely exceptional.

“Bel posto, pessimo condizionamento”

The place is cozy, clean, and the ground‑floor restaurant is excellent, centrally located, with friendly, helpful staff. The only issue was the room temperature at 35 °C when I entered, and the air‑conditioner worked poorly and only intermittently. It was a nightmare night with tropical heat even with the window open. The spot is nice and the food is good, but the cooling system is “perfectible”.
