“Water spa is their best offer but rooms are not that relaxing”

The water spa was really nice, and weekdays were better than weekends. The COO was quiet but clearly working behind the scenes. The linens looked clean but felt dusty, so we sneezed and coughed a few times. Day‑tour guests crowded the water spa, and the villas didn’t feel secure because the double lock wasn’t working; they’re located below a residential area that is noisy from above.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond to my requests. The pods were far from the main entrance, so when I arrived in the evening it was dark and I struggled to wheel my luggage.

“하루치 숙박료 페날티..”

I didn’t eat anything there, and I was shocked when the hotel demanded a full night’s charge because the bed cover had blood on it; it was a three‑star property without an elevator, my room was on the third floor, and I paid 6,000 PHP for a stay that didn’t merit it—nearby Midori or Hilton would have been a better choice.

“Despite the issue with the air-conditioning, we still had a great and enjoyable stay overall.”

We really enjoyed our stay. The spa pool was great and very relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food—definitely two highlights. The air‑conditioning in our room was quite weak. We asked maintenance to check it, and they responded promptly, but unfortunately, the room still didn’t cool down enough afterward.

“매우 불친절한 서울호텔”

The front‑desk ladies were extremely rude, housekeeping only came once during the five nights and did it late at night forcing us to wait outside, and the staff showed no greeting or courtesy at all, so you shouldn’t expect polite service at any Seoul hotel.
