“Terrible experience”

The hotel's location was decent, but the real issue was the lingering smell of smoke throughout the night. We had booked a two-bedroom room, but when we arrived, they told us they'd overbooked and the only option was a one-bedroom or a refund. We were too tired to deal with the hassle of finding another hotel, so we ended up in the one-bedroom with three people. The staff just kept passing the blame back and forth between the hotel and themselves.

“Got full refund - stayed elsewhere”

The hotel's biggest problem is that it's not being honest about its issues. The heating and air conditioning systems were out of order, and the place was dirty. To make matters worse, they're charging for parking without even mentioning it in the booking. It's a shame, because the location might have been okay, but the lack of transparency and cleanliness makes it a place I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I'm not sure what's more astonishing - the fact that this hotel exists or the fact that it's somehow worse than sleeping on the streets. The place is a complete disaster, and I'm not even exaggerating. There's nothing good to say about it.

“I wouldn’t stay at your facility if you paid me”

Unfortunately, our stay was a disaster from the start. The hotel was in poor condition, and to make matters worse, there was no heat. It was a cold and uncomfortable experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

“Terrible!! I couldn’t watch no NFL in the restaurant/ Bar because it was not open and you can tell that it hasn’t be”

The hotel's location was okay, but that's where the positives end. The heating system was down, the elevator was broken, and the room walls were covered in graffiti. To top it all off, the restaurant and bar were shut down. It's unacceptable that they're allowed to advertise themselves as a functioning hotel when they're clearly not. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.
