Pacific Harbour Motor Inn, located 90 metres from Turanganui River, offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV, overlooking the inner harbour marina. The hotel is within walking distance to Gisborne city centre, restaurants, and cafes. Tairawhiti Museum and Botanical Gardens are nearby, with Gisborne Airport a 10-minute drive away, offering on-site parking, work desks, and tea and coffee makers in each room.

Nice motor inn on the river, a large and comfortable room, and close enough to a bar for drinks and meals.

The position is good, but the shower cubicle tiles were covered in mould and could use a cleaning.

The proximity to the city centre and the incredibly kind, welcoming staff were positives, but I disliked that my room shared a balcony with a neighbouring room, that the view was of the parking lot, and that the room itself was unsatisfactory; for over $200 a night I expected more.
