The place feels homely and the staff are very friendly, making you feel like you’re coming back home. The breakfast, which we paid for, was good. It’s close to the volcano. The hotel is still under renovation, so there are many shared bathrooms and you have to ask for hot water to shower.

It’s a very comfortable and clean spot, the breakfast was delicious and the service is excellent; everyone is very kind and helpful. They make you feel at home and prioritize your comfort above all.

A lovely place to stay in a family‑friendly setting. Its proximity to the Popocatépetel hiking area and the interesting town of Cholula makes Calpan an ideal base.
