The hotel that was assigned to us was changed and we weren’t informed about it well in advance.

“Plz don't stay here,,fake hotel staff are very bad ,,,I request to all plz don't stay here”

There were no positives, and I would advise people not to stay here.

The bathroom and location were acceptable, but the bed, room, facilities, and overall layout were disappointing.

Nothing matched what I liked or what I paid for; there was no internet or cleaning, the bathroom door was broken, the housekeeping staff were immature and dirty, the floor was filthy, the sheet was inappropriate, there was no fan or AC, mosquitoes were abundant, the repellent didn’t work, there was no water on the second day, no generator, and it was the worst experience of my life.

The hotel had no water in the rooms or the toilets, and the hygiene was terrible—there was a red‑light atmosphere, the toilets were completely open with cloths hanging, and there was no fan in the rooms. It felt like a rubbish place; even when I called customer care, nothing was resolved. They took my money and later showed me a room that was still messy, and we had to stay there without any water in the toilet.
