The staff were unprepared, they didn’t allow card payment and were absent at check‑out even though I had informed them the day before. The room had no towels, soap, a wardrobe to hang clothes, and a dirty mattress.

“no es lo que parece”

la parte del hotel que da al rio, para sentarse con un libro en uno de los sofás. Yoda, la persona que trabaja en el hotel y nos atendió, es maravilloso, lo mejor del hotel. parece que sea un hotel de ensueño, pero es solo porque tienen las fotos muy bien estudiadas. el hotel está en obras, y lo que se muestra en las fotos es sólo una pequeña parte de lo que te encuentras. la habitación está a medias, hay muchas chapuzas hechas, agujeros, etc. en la habitación nos encontramos una cucaracha, que entendemos que pueda pasar al estar en el campo, pero la cama tenía chinches (adjunto fotos). por otro lado, el propietario del hotel apareció sólo el último día por la noche, y cuando volvimos de cenar al hotel tipo 22.30h/23h, nos pidió que le pagásemos, nosotras no teníamos cash suficiente en aquel momento (no nos habían avisado) y se puso bastante insistente (no te deja pagar con tarjeta). no nos gustó como nos trató

Great location, helpful and attentive staff (Joda and Abdu) who provided everything we needed (mini‑fridge, washing machine, etc.). The hotel has a “village” vibe with a river view where we can boat for free, sit on the outside with tables, and meet other people. Our impression is that it’s a hostel‑style place with excellent value for money!

“It was a great local experience”

The manager, Joda, is amazing. He really makes you feel comfortable and safe. He’s easy to talk to and definitely takes the safety and enjoyment of his guests seriously—like family.
