Good property at a cheap rate, but there were no additional services in the hotel like tea or breakfast. Gandhi Chowk is a 10‑minute walk, so that’s manageable.

“Iam a corporate employee and this hotels the siti caste I got the worst experience, will never visit”

There was nothing to like. The receptionist’s behavior was terrible; I don’t understand how someone like him can be a receptionist in a registered hotel. His conduct towards customers is really bad. I have many things to say but don’t want to write more and waste my time; just want to say that due to the receptionist’s behavior I didn’t book the Siti Castle again and decided to book the hotel just beside the Siti Castle.

“Will never visit again nor recommend anyone to visit the hotel”

Nothing to say. The receptionist was a frustrated person who started misbehaving even before booking the room, demanded extra money, and his behavior and talking style were so rude that I don’t know how he is handling the reception position. His language, style, and behavior with customers are really bad; he has no ethics or morale and doesn’t seem educated. I have more to write but don’t want to waste my time. Because of him I didn’t book the Siti Castle a second time; instead I went to a hotel just beside the Siti Castle.
