“Nice hotel with kind service”

Thanks to Ms Loan for her friendly help; the rooms are pretty and close to the city center, but there was no breakfast offered.

I liked the hotel’s location near the sights and the staff’s attentiveness, especially the woman—name unknown—who let us check in early and assisted with the taxi‑booking app; she was very helpful. The TV didn’t work and the Wi‑Fi signal was poor.

Everything was good, and the staff spoke English.
