The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, but the front desk staff were unprofessional and the windows didn’t block outside noise.

Everything worked well and the staff paid attention to detail; the restaurant food was good and the place was tidy, and the shower was nice. The location in the noisy center of Villeta is pricey for what it offers.

“Estancia tranquila”

The hotel had great facilities, a solid location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and plenty of parking. The breakfast could have been better, the on‑site food was a bit pricey, the coffee maker was dusty, and the shower in my room was broken when I tried it.
