I only liked the location, but the staff behaved poorly; they had all rooms booked so they moved us from Diamond Leaf to Hotel Dhanua Palace, gave us a non‑AC room full of dirt for two days, and after I complained they swapped rooms again, but the new room was still small and unsatisfactory.

The staff were excellent, especially Mr. Golu Pandith, and the place was very safe and better than expected.

The staff and maintenance were great, and the location was very convenient, but the room walls had fungus and there was no window for ventilation.
