Lords Palace Hotel SPA Casino

“Perfect we’ll come again.:-)”

We had a fantastic time at Lord’s Palace and enjoyed every moment. A special thanks to Kaan, the reception manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, Kaan, for making our experience even more special! ❤️

“Berbat asla konaklamam”

The rooms felt worth returning to, yet overall I could not find anything positive.

“Hayal kırıklığı”

I really enjoyed the food, the sea, and how helpful the restaurant staff were, but the whole experience was marred by a tiny incident at the market next to the hotel: I wanted to try a vodka‑Smirnoff soda on the beach, served in an ice‑filled glass, and for five days that was the only thing I wanted. When I showed the small bottle, a staff member came over, and instead of just placing it in the glass, she snatched it from my hand and scolded me as if I’d done something terribly wrong. I understand they have rules about food and drink, but I was a paying all‑inclusive guest and only wanted a little soda by the sea once. That unnecessary reprimand ruined the otherwise good impression of the hotel.

“Valla herkese öneririm”

Everything was wonderful, though the gym could have been larger; it felt a bit small.
