The room was small, which was a bit of a letdown, especially when we had a 10-year-old with us. The couch was tiny, and we were told it wasn't suitable for an adult to sleep on, which was a bit misleading. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the room size could have been a bit more generous.

This place was a bit of a dump, to be honest. Everything looked old and worn out, and it felt like they were skimping on maintenance. We didn't have any major complaints, but it was clear that they weren't putting much effort into keeping the place up to par.

The cleanliness and hot water were always top-notch, which was a huge plus. The rest of the experience was pretty standard, but those two things really stood out.

The staff here were absolute lifesavers - they were super supportive and understanding when we had a bit of a situation with our client. Unfortunately, the service itself was a bit of a letdown, but the staff made up for it.
