The location near the attractions is convenient, a few minutes to the pyramids and the GEM; the room, though very basic, was clean, and breakfast was enough (they don’t serve drinks because there’s a kettle in the room? We didn’t understand). Leaving that hotel feels like being in the middle of an indescribable mess, you can’t walk around because of the filth and absolute decay… people keep pushing you from the moment you leave until you return, nonstop. I advise those who aren’t used or ready to choose another area regardless of the property. Important note: the windows are not soundproof at all; it’s like sleeping on the street and the noise is insane, even with earplugs you could hear car horns while on the 4th floor. The area, the toilet shower not working. But overall, three nights were enough.

The view of the pyramids is impressive, the service is very good and friendly, the room is huge, and the location is a big plus—close to the pyramids and the great Egyptian museum.

“Excellent service in a nutshell”

Cleanliness, the friendliness and willingness of staff to help, I would recommend the place over 100 times, excellent housekeeping… I was assisted right at the door with a smile 🇪🇬🇿🇦🇱🇸

The front desk staff were extremely kind and cooperative, they allowed a very early check‑in without asking for anything, great people who organized our day in Cairo perfectly. The standards aren’t European in terms of cleanliness and facilities, but anyone going to Cairo should keep that in mind.

“Fantastic team, amazing view”

We tested both the double and triple rooms with Pyramids view, and the triple is preferable because it’s larger and looks a touch better. The view from either room is amazing, and it gets even better from the building’s rooftop where you can spot the Sphinx. Even though the hotel can be hard to locate, we used the airport transfer at about 3am and it worked flawlessly. The staff were always ready to help, and we felt a strong connection with Abdu in particular. They even stored our luggage after checkout so we could explore the GEM before heading to the airport. All in all, a great stay.
