The host was very friendly, but there was no hair dryer or towels.

Everything was fine. The host was very nice. We’ve been here twice already, and the kitchen and everything else is available.

The price was good for a double room with a private bathroom for me, my partner, and our dog. The room and bathroom were quite spacious. The hostel is very quiet, and the woman who welcomed us helped with the transfer the next day. However, it’s quite old, and if you’re on the Camino de Santiago, it’s far from Caminha; walking (as we did) means a long stretch along a road shoulder, which isn’t recommended. The next day we took a taxi back to Caminha.
