The location is nice, the room is beautiful, the housekeeper is very kind, the view overlooks the garden, you can dine outside when the weather’s good, the breakfast is lovingly arranged, it’s about 12 minutes to Linz city centre, there’s an elevator in the building, and parking is available on site; a slightly wider bed would improve comfort, but the room size wouldn’t allow it.
