The road‑side hotel has six rooms on a single floor, located on a bend of the SS1, about a 12‑minute drive from Civitavecchia’s port quays. That makes it a great option for a night’s stay if you’re traveling by ferry and disembark late at night. The room and bathroom are spacious, newly refurbished, and provide a good level of comfort. Parking is available right in front of the building, in a private area reserved for guests. The manager was very attentive, waiting for us even though we arrived at eleven at night to hand us the key; we had already contacted her via WhatsApp beforehand. The main drawback is the lack of sound insulation—room walls are thin enough that we could hear a couple’s cries with a child, which continued past midnight. Also, be careful when entering the hotel in the evening. Coming from Via Aurelia toward the SS1, the entrance is quite dark and forces you to abruptly switch from the left lane to the right, crossing a solid line. This access can be risky, especially at night, so stay alert to avoid dangerous maneuvers.
